All activities are paid for before the start, through our online shop, invoice or over the counter in our ski school booking.
Cancellation / Rebooking
You as a guest can cancel the ski school by mouth or written to our ski school booking, minus a fee* of NOK 250.
If cancelled up to 48 hours before the start time of your lesson, the full amount will be refunded minus a fee* of NOK 250. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time for your lesson, a doctor's certificate is required for a full refund, minus a fee* of NOK 250. (*Transaction fees relating to costs for the ski school).
You as a guest can rebook your lesson / activity up to 48 hours before your lesson starts at no extra charge. Then you are liable to pay for the lesson.
The ski school cannot be cancelled or rebooked less than 48 hours before the lesson starts due to bad weather. We adapt the teaching to the weather and the lifts that are open to ensure you get the most out of your lesson.
Group courses / activities
We reserve the right to merge groups if there are few people registered, and several courses run that week.
If there is only one (1) group course, at least three (3) registrants are required for the course to run all five days. With two (2) registrations, group courses are offered for three days (90 min, Monday - Wednesday) and with only one (1) registration, a discounted price for Private Coaching is offered.
Group courses always start on Monday. All participants start from day 1.
Participants need a valid SkiPass to attend the ski school. Equipment is not included.
Does the level / product you signed up for not fit you, talk to the responsible instructor or contact our booking directly. We do not refund anything if you tell us after the end of the week.
Private Coaching
We reserve the right to choose the instructor we think suits you best.
We do not guarantee that you will get an instructor with a specific language, but you are welcome to request nationality, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
We offer Private Coaching to a maximum of 5 students per instructor.
To guarantee the best result after the class, we recommend that participants are of the same age and level.
Participants need a valid SkiPass to attend the ski school. Equipment is not included.
Terms for ski rental
A valid ID is mandatory when renting equipment.
All payments upfront. A refund requires a medical certificate.
Alpine skis may be easily misplaced. Remember how your skis look and never leave them unattended.
Rented equipment must only be used in the designated areas. Any damage to rented equipment will be charged upon delivery.
The seller is not responsible for theft of equipment.
The seller is not responsible for any damages to equipment or injuries to yourself or other people during the rental period.
No refunds unless you have a written medical certificate.
Return the rented equipment when the rental period is over.
It is your responsibility to approve of the rented equipment before use.
Alpine skis have a release mechanism. The decreases the risk of injuries but is no guarantee for your safety. Snowboards have no release mechanism. Ski safe!
